Catholic Educators awarded for extraordinary service to education

Catholic Education in Tasmania was well represented at the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL) Tasmania Branch annual Awards Ceremony held earlier this year.

Director of Teaching and Learning K-10 at Dominic College Selina Kinne; Head of Guzman House at Guilford Young College Marco Guerzoni, and Education Officer: Special Learning Needs at the Tasmanian Catholic Education Office Rosa Connell all received a Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership Award.

Director of Catholic Education in Tasmania, John Mula was presented with an ACEL Fellowship Award in recognition of his distinguished career in Catholic Education in Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.

The annual Awards ceremony recognises educators for their outstanding leadership and extraordinary service to education.
